Klässbols Linneväveri
Klässbol, Sweden

HISTORY
Tucked in the forests of Värmland, Klässbols Linneväveri has been weaving Swedish linen since 1920. Family-owned for four generations, the mill has earned national and royal recognition for its unwavering quality. Using historic looms and traditional weaving techniques, Klässbols produces some of the most sought-after linen in the Nordic region — refined, resilient, and beautifully tactile.
TRUE CRAFTMANSHIP
Weaving at Klässbols is a slow, rhythmic craft. The looms, some over a century old, create fabrics with a structure and feel unmatched by modern machines. For Subjective, Klässbols works with designer Åsa Pärson to produce textiles where pattern and color respond to light and movement. Each weave requires exact calibration — not just for precision, but for harmony.

Our Journey
Our partnership with Klässbols is rooted in shared ideals: care, quality, and longevity. We both believe that textile design should be as thoughtful as it is functional. Together, we take a deliberately slow approach — refining details, testing tones, and weaving meaning into every thread. The result is more than fabric; it’s a reflection of time, touch, and tradition.
MADE, TOGETHER
Klässbols produces two series for Subjective: Chambre Separée and Linn, both designed by Åsa Pärson. The former reimagines the classic square with satin weaves and shifting hues. The latter explores shades of blue in a rustic plain weave. Whether for intimate dinners or daily rituals, these textiles bring quiet luxury to the table.
